The If By Chance app is for those that are serious minded about living a
much more comfortable affordable lifestyle. The $21.64 covers legal
fees, and the cost to rent our monthly meeting spaces.
YES! As long as you have the app, you are eligible to sell to If By
Chance. (IBC) That is one of the ways IBC will provide jobs. We will
only use downloaders of the app to advance IBC. That includes but not
limited to: Engineers, Home Inspectors, Construction Workers, Designers,
Writers, Singers, Actors, Landscapers, Architects, Painters, Cooks,
Waiters/Servers and a gazillion other positions.
YES! By all means, you will be allowed to add your own personal touches and design. As a matter of fact, you can also lend your skills and services to other downloaders of the IBC app. IBC will pay for labor and materials. Job Creation!!! You have just become an independent contractor. IBC will. need more than 850K properties
constructed/transformed.
IBC is mostly interested in purchasing properties that have character, good structure, great location, forecloses, abandoned buildings,buildings with high ceilings. IBC wants to rid cities of slums, and slumlords. IBC want to reclaim areas of neglect. Lord & Taylor (5th Ave), Barney’s NY (60th & Madison), College of New Rochelle would have
been perfect properties with character, high ceilings, and great location for purchasing. Those are the type of properties we want to
transform.
IBC will host monthly meetings on the 21st of each month. IBC will procure venues that will have the capacity to hold our 5K downloaders.
IBC downloaders will be notified via the app, text, website, or email to
where the meetings will be held. This will only apply to the first 5K downloaders. Afterwards, everyone else that will be clamoring for the
app will have witnessed the success of the first 5K downloaders and that process will no longer be necessary. Being one of the first 5K to have the IBC app will definitely have its advantages.
That will be predicated on the size of the project and the extent of the transformation needed. Remember, you will be able to monitor the progress in real time. You will play a major role in bringing your luxury affordable home to fruition. DO NOT RUSH the completion of your

The 2BR 2 Bath will cost $1400 & The 3BR 2 Bath will cost $2,100. This will be cost for the 21 year duration. No RENT INCREASE, Ever! No Eviction Moratorium, Ever! Your greatest duty will be to maintain the app. The IBC app is your best Chance to Advance. (By Laws To Come)
The monthly appreciation covers a plethora of responsibilities. View it
